  • 100 grams smoked makerel filet
  • 1 tbsp best bought mayonnaise or homemade
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 small very finely sliced, chopped or minced clove of garlic
  • 1 large pinch of tarragon
  • 1 pinch of smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 small slices of muesli bread or similar bread
  • 1 handful of chopped or broken up walnut pieces (optional ) I have not added them as yet as I ate them ­čśÂ, but my thought is if you would ,this could also serve as a salad .

  • I found it great serving this with a fruit bread like muesli bread
