  • 900 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 pinch salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • 30 pecan nuts for garnish
  • 1 handful of broad beans for garnish,( optional)
  • 20 ml olive oil
