  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 150 grams Silken tofu
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Miso
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds

    Step 1
  • Thinly slice the cucumbers using a mandoline. Sprinkle with salt, lightly rub in, and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Meanwhile, put the tofu in the microwave, uncovered, and heat for 2 minutes at 500 W. Remove and let it cool.
  • Step 3
  • When the cucumbers have become tender, tightly wring out the excess moisture.
  • Step 4
  • Mix together the other ingredients not including the cucumber, until smooth (I used 120 g of tofu in the picture).
  • Step 5
  • Mix the cucumber into Step 4 and it's done!
