  • 1 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1/2 tsp Dashi stock granules
  • 1 Katakuriko slurry
  • 1 Grated ginger

  • (Ginger Ankake Sauce) 1: Combine the water, mentsuyu, mirin, and dashi stock granules to a pot and bring to a boil.
