  • 50 ml ※Sake
  • 2 tbsp ※Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ※Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
  • 1 tbsp ※Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp ※Mirin

How to Make Simmered Aburaage Filled with Ground Chicken and Tofu

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Simmered Aburaage Filled with Ground Chicken and Tofu in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Drain the grease from the aburaage. Finely chop the onions. Drain the water from the tofu. Grate the ginger.
  • Step 2
  • Add the ground chicken, tofu, onions, and ■ into a bowl and mix together.

  • Reduce to a low heat after bringing to a boil, cover with a small lid that sits on top of the pan contents, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Step 8
  • Divide into 4 portions and serve.
