  • 1 fillet Chicken thighs
  • 2 small Potatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 66 ml Vinegar & sesame sauce
  • 3 pods if you have them Green beans boiled in salt water
