  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 3 tbsp White wine
  • 1 Olive oil
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper

    Step 1
  • Sprinkle both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper, and let sit for about 5 minutes. Wipe the moisture that comes out with a paper towel.
