  • 1 can 15 oz whole kernel corn
  • 1 can 15 oz dice tomato with chilies ....ie rotel
  • 1 can 15 oz chili beans
  • 2 packages 6.5 oz each corn bread mix
  • 2 cup velveeta cheese, cubed

How to Make Simple Dinner

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Simple Dinner in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 425° F
  • Step 2
  • Mix canned ingredients in large bowl
  • Step 3
  • Pour into 10x13x2 casserole pan
  • Step 4
  • Mix cornbread as directed on package and pour on top of can mixture
  • Step 5
  • Bake for 15 minutes until surface of cornbread is dry to touch
  • Step 6
  • Place cubed cheese on top and put back in oven
  • Step 7
  • Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and nicely browned.
  • Step 8
  • Serve and enjoy
