Ingredients: simple fried rice

  • 250 grams cooked rice
  • 2 medium red shallot - slice
  • 1 clove garlic - mince
  • 1 small birdeye chili - slice
  • 30 grams chives - cut to 2 inch lenght
  • 1 medium carrot - dice
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

How to Make simple fried rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make simple fried rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • heat the oil in large pan and sauté the onion and garlic till caramelised.
  • Step 2
  • then add the carrots and birdeye chili sauté, for 1 minute
  • Step 3
  • turn to high heat and crack the eggs in and let it cook a bit then pour in the rice and mix well
  • Step 4
  • make sure you always mixing otherwise it will burn, or you can slow down the heat if you afraid it might burnt.
  • Step 5
  • add the salt and pepper also the chives and mix again.
  • Step 6
  • done and serve.
