  • Put all the ingredients in a bread machine, and start the regular bread program.

  • Step 8
  • When the dough has risen up to the rim of the pan, bake in a 180°C oven for 25 minutes.
  • Step 9
  • When it has finished baking, to prevent the loaf from collapsing, drop the bread pan once from a height onto your work surface, then take the loaf out of the pan.
