  • 2 rice noodles
  • 1/4 bunch spinach (leafs only)
  • 4 spring onions chopped
  • 1 liter boiled water
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 fresh chilly pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce

    Step 1
  • Put pan on stove and put on medium heat
  • Step 2
  • Add sesame oil and let it warm up
  • Step 3
  • Add chopped spring onion and stir for 1 min

  • Add Chinese 5 spice and stir for another 2 minutes.

  • Let the water come to a boil and lower heat to low/medium.a
  • Step 9
  • Add rice noodle and separate them every now and then. Let them cook for 2 mins
  • Step 10
  • Add back onions and chilly peppersa
  • Step 11
  • Add spinach and soy sauce and stir
  • Step 12
  • Let it cook for 5 minutes. Taste and add soy sauce and salt accordingly
  • Step 13
  • Take off the heat and serve!
