Ingredients: Simple Salt Yakisoba

  • 2 packs yakisoba noodles
  • 1/4~1/6 cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 pack bean sprouts (wash and drain water off)
  • 10 cm Japanese leek (shredded)
  • any vegetables you like (wash and drain water off)
  • 5~6 vienna sausage (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 2 tsp sesame oil for stir fry noodles
  • 1/2~1 Tbsp sesame oil for stir frying vegetables
  • Sauce: (mix in advance)
  • 1/2~1 tsp * grated garlic
  • 1 tsp * lemon juice
  • 1~1/2 tsp * chicken broth (chicken stock powder)
  • 2~3 Tbsp * water
  • 1 tsp * salt
  • to taste * pepper
  • dried green seaweed (aonori) for topping

How to Make Simple Salt Yakisoba

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Simple Salt Yakisoba in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat the 2 tsp oil in a pan over medium heat, add noodles and stir fry until it becomes golden brown, about for 2~3 mins. Remove from a pan and set aside. (you can also heat noodles in a microwave oven for 1 and half~2 mins.)
  • Step 2
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat again, add vegetables and stir fry until wilted. Add noodles, sauce and stir fry quickly.
  • Step 3
  • Season with salt and pepper. To finish it off, pour sesame oil from the edge of the pan to inside of it (optional). Sprinkle aonori on noodles.
