  • 1 tsp ☆Sugar

How to Make Simple Simmered Komatsuna and Atsuage

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Simple Simmered Komatsuna and Atsuage in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Wash the komatsuna, and cut into about 3cm pieces. Drain the oil from the aburaage by pouring hot water over it and draining. Cut into about 2-3 cm thick slices.
