  • 20 ml Milk

  • Deflate the dough and make into balls by pulling on the outside. Here I apply strong flour to the outside, but you don't have to. Allow the dough to rise for the second time.
  • Step 8
  • It'll expand like this after the second rise. Preheat your oven to 190℃, then bake for 15 minutes at 180℃.
  • Step 9
