  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 heaping teaspoon Chicken stock granules
  • 1 Sesame oil
  • 1 Mayonnaise

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Simple Stir Fried Squid and Garlic Shoots in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop the garlic shoots into 5 ~ 6 cm, and parboil. Cut the squid into bite-size pieces. Cut the Japanese leek diagonally into thin slices.
