  • 2 teaspoons-1 tablespoon Garlic soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Dashi stock (granules)
  • 1 pack Bonito flakes
  • 1 tbsp Cold water or hot water
  • 1 Vegetable oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Simple Stir-Fried Udon Noodles with Spring Cabbage in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the cabbage into chunks and the bacon into 1.5 cm wide slices.
  • Step 2
