  • 50 grams Bean sprouts
  • 1 Straw mushrooms (or brown or white mushrooms)
  • ★ For the soup ingredients:
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Weipa
  • 1/2 stalk Lemon grass (or lemon juice)
  • 1 tsp Doubanjiang
  • 2 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1 Sugar if it turns out spicier than desired
  • ☆ For garnish:
  • 1 Cilantro (optional)

How to Make Simple Tom Yum Pho

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Simple Tom Yum Pho in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Soak the pho in water. De-vein the shrimp and make a cut down the spine (so that it will open up when cooked).
  • Step 2
  • Chop the green onions or scallions, red onion, and straw mushrooms.
  • Step 3
  • Make the soup with the ingredients listed under the ★, add the seasonings, then add the pho and chopped ingredients.
  • Step 4
  • Garnish with cilantro, then serve.
