  • 2 slices of healthy bread of choice (I used WW wheat,only 2 pts for 2 slices)
  • 4 tbsp egg whites or egg beaters
  • 1 slice of low fat cheese(I used Sargento ultra thin)
  • 1 baby spinach leaves(or lettuce of choice)
  • 1 thick slice of tomato
  • 1/4 of an avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp light mayonaisse
  • 1 slice of turkey bacon, torn in half
  • 1 freshly cracked pepper

How to Make Skinny Breakfast B.L.T. + A.

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Skinny Breakfast B.L.T. + A. in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Toss bread in the toaster. While the bread is toasting spray a pan and cook the egg whites. When cooked,add cheese slice on top to melt slightly.
  • Step 2
  • On 1 side of toast spread 1/2 tbsp of light mayo then layer spinach, tomato, cooked egg white with cheese, turkey bacon and finally avocado slices. Pepper generously! Spread remaining 1/2 tbsp of light mayo on other toast slice. Place it on top and dive in!!
