  • 1/4 cup Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • Toppings (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 1 Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tomatoe

How to Make Skinny Taco Stuffed Peppers

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Skinny Taco Stuffed Peppers in your home by yourself.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Brown turkey meat in a large skillet, add seasoning and salsa until browned.

  • Once the peppers are softer remove from water and put in a baking dish, then add the meat.

  • Pop them in the oven for 25 minutes.

  • While this is cooking find al the toppings you want, I took this time to cut tomatoes, green onion, and cilantro.
  • Step 8
  • Garnish with toppings and serve!
