  • 10 grams Cornstarch
  • 80 grams Sugar
  • 50 grams Margarine
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Tart Crust (optional)
  • 100 grams Biscuits
  • 50 grams Butter

How to Make Sliced Cheese Cheesecake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Sliced Cheese Cheesecake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Line a cake pan with parchment paper. (It's easier to line a cake pan if you secure it with pegs or paper clips.) Preheat the oven to 170℃.
  • Step 2
  • Tart Crust: Crush the biscuits in a food processor, and add melted butter. Please refer tofor detailed instructions.
  • Step 3
  • If you make this cake with the tart crust, pour the batter over it before baking.
  • Step 4
  • Batter: Mix all the ingredients in a blender, and it's ready Please shred the sliced cheese by hand before adding it to the blender with the rest of the ingredients. If you don't have a blender, follow the instructions in Step 7.
  • Step 5
  • Pour the batter into the cake pan, and bake in a preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Chill the cake really well, and it's done.
  • Step 7
  • For those who don't have a blender or food processor: Step 1: Melt the milk, cheese and margarine in a double boiler. Step 2: Lightly mix the other ingredients with a hand mixer in a double boiler. Add Step 2 into Step 1, mix well, pour the batter into the cake pan, and bake in the oven.
