Ingredients: Slow Cooked Garlic & Rosemary Chicken

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary
  • 5 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Margarine
  • 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth

How to Make Slow Cooked Garlic & Rosemary Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Slow Cooked Garlic & Rosemary Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine the margarine and minced garlic. Heat the butter in a microwave until softened. Next take the chicken and dip in garlic butter, flipping it over until completely covered. Transfer to the crock pot.
  • Step 2
  • Add Chicken broth (or in my case, white wine since mine had gone bad) to crock pot and the rest of the chicken soaked in the garlic butter. Turn to LOW heat
  • Step 3
  • Sprinkle the Rosemary, salt and pepper over the chicken breasts.
  • Step 4
  • Add the rest of the garlic butter on top of the chicken in the crock pot.
  • Step 5
  • Close the top. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4. Or if you're like me.. Start on high, turn to low before leaving the house. Takes around 5!
