  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sugar

    Step 1
  • cut a small slit in two tomatoes and insert a garlic clove into each slit
  • Step 2
  • place tomatoes, onion, olive oil, and jalapenos in slow cooker
  • Step 3
  • cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours
  • Step 4
  • let cool and place in a blender or food processor and add rest of ingredients and process until smooth
