  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese (1/4 in cubes)
  • 1 can Your favorite pasta sauce
  • 2 bay leaf

    Step 1
  • Remove the casing from the sausage.

  • In a large mixing bowl mix all first 9 ingredients. Mix with hands until well integrated.

  • Place one layer of meatballs in slow cooker set on high then pour half of the sauce over them

  • Put in bay leaves cover and let cook for 2:30 - 3hrs on high
