  • 2-3 lb roast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 package either onion soup mix, or 1 Tbsp beef bullion
  • 1 cup boiling water

    Step 1
  • Pour 1 cup of boiling water into measuring cup
  • Step 2
  • Either add 1 package of onion soup mix, or 1 tbsp of beef bullion. (1 tsp of basil optional with bullion)

  • Step 4
  • Pour mixture onto (frozen) roast and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low
