  • 1 Fennel (bulb)
  • 1/2 lemon's worth Lemon peel (finely chopped)
  • 1 lemon's worth Lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 times the amount of lemon juice Olive oil
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 Avocado (optional)

How to Make Smoked Salmon and Fennel Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Smoked Salmon and Fennel Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut off the hard part above the fennel bulb and slice the white part into a thickness of 2-3 mm (put the green leaves aside for decoration).
  • Step 2
  • Use a peeler to remove the lemon peel and finely chop. Slice the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces (quarters).
  • Step 3
