  • 1 lb Elkrich Smoked Sausage
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1 salt, pepper, old bay, garlic powder
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 large can of mild rotel (drained)

  • In large skillet coat bottom with butter. Cut up cabbage & slice onion & bell pepper, place in skillet til tender.
