  • 1 (7 ounce) round smoky Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1 (2.25 ounce) jar sliced dried beef, rinsed, dried, finely chopped

  • Line 8 inch pie pan with plastic wrap.

  • Set 6 ounce custard cup upside down in center.

  • Garnish with pimiento pieces.

  • Serve with crackers.
