  • 13 ounces smoked sausage
  • 1/4 pound bacon
  • 1/4 pound hotdogs
  • 1 pound mixed vegetables, I used cauliflower, broccoli, yellow and orange carrots
  • 1 pound whole green beans
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large semi ripen tomato
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 15 ounce black ripened olives and the juices

How to Make Smoky yumminess

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Smoky yumminess in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice the hotdogs and smoked sausage on a bias/angle.
  • Step 2
  • Chop the onions and slice bacon into short pieces
  • Step 3
  • To a hot pan add bacon let the fat render.
  • Step 4
  • Add onions and sausage.
  • Step 5
  • Stirring occasionally when 7 minutes has past add mixed vegetables and green beans.
  • Step 6
  • Simmer and cover. When vegetables are tender add can of olives juice and all. Add spices.
  • Step 7
  • After 3 minutes and its simmering good stir in tomatoes and tomato paste. Let thicken add honey and simmer stirring occasionally for 7 minutes.
  • Step 8
  • Cover and let sit covered for 7 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!
