  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • to taste Sugar and salt
  • Oil for frying
  • SAMBAL (sauce):
  • 10 cayenne chilis
  • 5 red chillis
  • 5 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato
