  • 200 grams Cake flour
  • 20 grams Cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 bar Milk chocolate
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 80 grams Raisins, prunes, dried persimmons, etc.
  • 50 grams Walnuts
  • 1 tbsp Rum
  • 1 Rice flour

How to Make Snow Mountain Chocolate Cake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Snow Mountain Chocolate Cake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook the walnuts on low heat in a frying pan, on dry-steam in the oven at 150°C for 10 minutes, then roughly chop up. Cut up the raisins, fruits, etc and soak in the rum. Melt the chocolate by immersing in hot water. Once it melts mix in the honey. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • Step 4
  • Pour the mixture into the pan and even out the top. Cook in the oven at 180°C for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Once it's finished baking and cooled, remove from the pan and place on a cake cooler.
  • Step 6
  • Once cooled, sprinkle joshinko on top and cut.
