  • 1 pints whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 oz real lemon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 dash salt

How to Make Snowball Cake

    Step 1
  • Soften gelatin in cold water then dissolve in boiling water.
  • Step 2
  • Add sugar and salt, stir throughly.
  • Step 3
  • Add orange juice, mix again.
  • Step 4
  • Ad lemon juice last and mix well.
  • Step 5
  • Put in fridge until it begins to jell.
  • Step 6
  • Whip 1/2 pint cream, fold into gelatin mixture.
  • Step 7
  • Line bowl or pan with waxed paper.

  • Place some gelatin mixture in pan, then cake, and alternate with gelatin mixture and end with gelatin.
  • Step 9
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Step 10
  • Whip the rest of ream with 1 tsp confectioners sugar then frost cake.
