  • 2 packages Yakisoba sauce (powdered)
  • 300 grams Cooked rice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1/5 bunch Chinese chives
  • 4 sausages Wiener sausages
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chinese soup stock
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 Vegetable oil
  • 3 Green onions or scallions
  • 1 Mayonnaise

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Sobameshi - Yakisoba Noodles with Rice with Leftover Vegetables in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mince the onion, carrot, green pepper, chives, and wieners.
  • Step 2
  • Add some oil to a frying pan and stir-fry the ingredients from Step 1. Once the onions have become transparent and everything has cooked, remove from the frying pan.

  • Roughly mince the yakisoba noodles.
  • Step 4
  • Crack open the egg over the rice, and whisk with cooking chopsticks.

  • Add a little black pepper, transfer to a serving plate, and top with mayonnaise and minced green onions.
