  • 1 can diced tomatoes 20oz
  • 2 tomato sauce 8oz
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp tomato boulion
  • 2 Bay leafs
  • 1 pasta any kind cook al dente
  • 1 serve with veggies or green salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Sonia's Ragu Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • I fry bacon in pan in low heat when golden brown set aside
  • Step 2
  • use the grease from bacon to fry ground beef until golden brown
  • Step 3
  • drain excess grease sauté carrots celery onion and garlic
  • Step 4
  • add diced tomato and sauce too
  • Step 5
  • add spices and let cook in a low heat for 2 hrs
  • Step 6
  • I use pasta rigatoni you can use any kind you like
  • Step 7
  • as side dish you can use veggies or green salad
  • Step 8
  • I add crused red peppers and cheese on top of sauce delicious;-)
