  • 2 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 sachet yeast
  • 300 ml warm water
  • 450 grams wholemeal flour
  • filling
  • 1/2 cup olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup roasted sweet peppers, cooled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan

  • Preheat your oven to 160°C.
