  • 4 2oz Packages of Heritage Farm Lean Beef
  • 4 tbsp Bacon Fat
  • 4 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 2 cup Whole Milk
  • Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper
  • 1 Texas Toast Bread

How to Make S.O.S

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make S.O.S in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In frying pan put your 4 tablespoons of bacon fat and your 4 tablespoons of flour together on low heat. Then mix well or until smooth.
  • Step 2
  • Add in 2 cups of milk and constantly stir until it begins to thicken. Then add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 3
  • Take Beef meat and slice into thin stips. Then add into the gravy and stir.
  • Step 4
  • Toast the bread and top it with the gravy beef mixture. Serve warm.
