  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 100 grams tomato paste
  • 1 small garlic
  • 1 coriander
  • 1 khmeli suneli (spice)
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 salt
  • 1 ground black pepper

How to Make Soup Kharcho

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Soup Kharcho in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil the chicken breast in salty water
  • Step 2
  • Remove the breast from the water and add washed rice into the bouillon.
  • Step 3
  • By the time rice is being boiled, cut the onion into very small cubes and fry in oil.
  • Step 4
  • Then add tomato paste and 5 tablespoon of bouillon to the onion, close the cover and let it boil on low fire.
  • Step 5
  • By that time crumble the poultry. In other words split the meat from the bones, cut into small pieces with hands (do not cut with knife)
  • Step 6
  • Add the poultry and tomato mass to the boiling soup.
  • Step 7
  • Add a small clove of grated
  • Step 8
  • Add salt, pepper, khmelu suneli, coriander, bay leaves.
  • Step 9
  • Serve hot. Before serving you can put a leaf of any green to the soup as decoration.
