  • 1 Scallions or Chinese chives

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Soup with Plenty of Winter Melon in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Remove the skin from the winter melon and cut into 5 mm pieces as shown in the picture.
