Ingredients: Soup

  • 2 pieces of garlic
  • 1 half an onion
  • 2 can of chicken broth
  • 1 can of tomato soup
  • 1 can of pinto beans
  • 1 beef sausage
  • 4 cup of chopped kale
  • 1 cup of spinich
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • 1 cup of noodles

How to Make Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a pot add 1 tsp. of olive oil. Cut your onion in small pieaces, shredded garlic, and sausage. Cut the sausage in small pieaces. Cook them for 10 min.
  • Step 2
  • Than add can of tomato soup, both cans of chicken broth, take your beans out of the can and put it inside a big bowl rinse with cold water, add the beans to the soup, salt and pepper to taste, and 4 cups of water.
  • Step 3
  • Once it starts to boil add the noodle and stir really good. But softly so the beans won't crush. Boil till the noodles are soft.
  • Step 4
  • Once your noodles are tender, turn off heat add spinich and kale cover with lid and let it all sit sit for 5 min.
