  • 2 each eggs- beaten
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
  • 1 tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

How to Make Souped-up Meatloaf

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Souped-up Meatloaf in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine first 8 ingredients. Add ground beef and mix well.
  • Step 2
  • Shape mix into a loaf and put in a loaf pan. If you don't have a loaf pan, you can use any kind of pan that you have.
  • Step 3
  • Bake in a 350°F oven for approximately 40 mins. Remove and spread with the 1/4 cup ketchup (or tomato sauce). Bake another 15-20 mins or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  • Step 4
  • Let stand 10 mins, before serving.
