  • vegetables
  • 1 packet noodles (any noodles as you prefer )
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cabbage sliced
  • 4 spring onions chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 4 green chilli finely chopped (cut down on chilli as preferred)
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt
  • 1 egg (optional)

How to Make Soupy veg noodles

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Soupy veg noodles in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oil in pan and stir fry the vegetables for 5mins. Add soy sauce and mix well (Do not overcook the vegetables)
  • Step 2
  • Add the noodles, taste maker, paprika and salt as needed. Add 1 cup water and bring it to boil for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Serve hot and enjoy!!
