  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup curd hung for half hour
  • 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 salt to taste

    Step 1
  • Boil potatoes in little water. Peel and cut in large chunks.
  • Step 2
  • Blend chillies and sesame together until crumbly. Add yoghurt and blend a little just for mixing.

  • Brush a non stick pan with oil. Medium flame.
  • Step 4
  • Add sesame paste and stir-fry for few seconds. Add salt and then potatoes. Mix well.
