  • 2 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, diced

  • 1 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • In a large dutch oven, saute all the vegetables until tender.
