  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 c. AP flour
  • 1/2 t. kosher salt

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Grease a jelly-roll pan (15x10x1).

  • In a medium saucepan, beat the eggs and sugar until well-combined.

  • Over VERY low heat, whisk the mixture constantly until the sugar melts. (I alternate the pot on and off the heat. If the eggs cook, it's ruined!)
  • Step 5
  • Remove from heat, and add remaining ingredients. Stir with stiff spoon (it will be DENSE!) until combined.
  • Step 6
  • Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
  • Step 7
  • Bake 15 minutes. Cool and cut.
