  • 1 small Onion
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 cup Beef Broth
  • 1/3 cup Flour
  • 1 can Cream Of Mushroom
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 garlic powder

    Step 1
  • In a skillet saute' half the onion chopped and the bell pepper and let cool
  • Step 2
  • Put beef in a bowl and mix together cooled onion, bell pepper, and half of the cream of mushroom and season to your liking w/ salt, pepper, and garlic powder

  • Form beef into oval-shaped patties, brown on both sides remove and set aside
  • Step 4
  • Add onions to pan saute' until translucent then add flour and wisk for a minute, wisk in beef Broth add patties back in cover and let simmer until cooked thru. Serve along side white rice or mashed potatoes...ENJOY!!!
