  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1 1/2 cup corn
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 2 cup bbq sauce
  • 2 1/2 lb chicken thighs
  • 4 tbsp cider vinegar

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make southwest side in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • dice all vegetables
  • Step 2
  • mix beans and corn to vegetables
  • Step 3
  • add ranch dressing and garlic powder to taste
  • Step 4
  • I use a slow cooker to cook chicken until it falls apart with half bbq sauce and vinegar
  • Step 5
  • I shred chicken and mix with more bbq sauce
  • Step 6
  • I put down a bed or romaine then add vegetables then pulled bbq on top.
  • Step 7
  • I have also left out the romaine and placed in a sandwich. . ENJOY!
