Ingredients: Soy glazed salmon with mushrooms and veggies

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 2 tbsp garlic chopped finely
  • 1 salt
  • 1 tbsp ginger chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 1/4 cup zucchini cubed

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Soy glazed salmon with mushrooms and veggies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Marinate salmon with soya sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar and salt. Longer the better. I marinated for 24hrs
  • Step 2
  • Heat pan with 2 tbsp peanut oil and fry salmon on both sides till cooked( without the marinade). Remove it onto a plate.
  • Step 3
  • Add the mushrooms, snap peas and zucchini for 2 mins.
  • Step 4
  • Add the marinade to the pan and fry for few mins. Add salt according to taste.
