  • 30 g sugar
  • 60 g hot water
  • 5 g gelatine
  • Squeesed lemon
  • Biscuits

  • Make strained yogurt. i usually use coffee drip filter and wait for an hour.
  • Step 2
  • Mix gelatine and hot water
  • Step 3
  • Gently mix soy milk and sugar under small fire.
  • Step 4
  • Once the sugar is melted, mix with step 2 and cool it down.
  • Step 5
  • Once it's getting normal room temperature, mix with stained yogurt. Add squeezed lemon a bit.
  • Step 6
  • Crack the biscuits accordingly. Add butter and put it under microwave for a minute.
  • Step 7
  • Pour step 5 on step 6 and leave in the fridge for an hour.
  • Step 8
  • Decorate as you like by fruits jam or herbs etc
