  • 75 grams cooked Spaghetti
  • 85 grams Soya mince
  • 500 grams Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 cloves of Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Topping (Optional)
  • 40 grams Feta
  • 40 grams Grated Cheddar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 dash Thyme leaves
  • dash more Olive Oil

How to Make Spaghetti, Soya Mince & Mushroom

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Spaghetti, Soya Mince & Mushroom in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix one part Soya mince to 3 parts boiling water and let stand. After 5 minutes, drain.
  • Step 2
  • Fry Mushrooms in Olive Oil while you wait.
  • Step 3
  • After water has evaporated from the Mushrooms, add Garlic and Italian Seasoning. Fry a further minute or two.
  • Step 4
  • Add Soya Mince to the pan. Cook until excess water has evaporated.
  • Step 5
  • Serve in a bowl with the cooked Spaghetti. Top with The Feta, thyme, lemon juice and a dash more olive oil. Enjoy!
