  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 slice bacon
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper

How to Make Spaghetti Squash Carbonara

    Step 1
  • Halve and roast spaghetti squash with small drizzle of olive oil for 15 minutes, then shred it into 'noodles.'
  • Step 2
  • Dice bacon and saute until fully cooked.

  • While bacon cooks, whisk eggs and parmesan cheese together until well mixed.
  • Step 4
