  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 25 grams unsalted butter

  • Cook spaghetti in boiling water for 10 mins
  • Step 2
  • chiop shallot and soften in oil with crushed garlic and dried chilli for 2 - 3 minutes
